Came here with my dog. Was asked to be recorded on a phone for note taking. Doctor came in, didn’t even introduce herself, barely spoke about the dog. Then told me she’d get pricing. The vet tech came back, handed me pamphlets and told me to read about my options and choose… Thank you for making me feel like an inconvenience. I usually trust the doctors recommendation hence why I went to the vet but I could have just used google and read myself to choose instead of paying a bill. You essentially made me do that anyways. We won’t be going back and will recommend others do not use this clinic. Edit: After reading my pamphlets they then forgot to come back and get me. I had to leave the room myself. Had a lovely experience here. Super friendly, welcoming staff, and I knew my dog was in good hands. We were able to get a same day initial appointment and scheduled a teeth cleaning and extraction for the following week! Much appreciated the transparent pricing, and the dental work came in the middle of the expected range they quoted us for.

They genuinely care, explain stuff without rushing, and make every visit feel like you’re with friends who love dogs more than life. The absolute highlight was the vet tech who walked us through EVERYTHING post-visit. She patiently went over care tips, what to watch for, home nail tricks, and all the little details—then gave some pamphlet to skim over with MORE info. We left feeling confident instead of clueless. So happy with how my dog was treated. They were kind and gentle. They filled ne in completely on what was done and the bill was less than the quote. How often does that happen?

5 stars all around. They have the best prices, schedule, flexibility and care. Their vets have some specialty training you can't find at other places in Bend and they are fully capable of performing X-rays, surgery, and in house labs. Their labs and X-rays took a matter of minutes for something that even the brand new emergency clinic took an hour+ to do. Last year my dog needed a knee surgery and all vets in town perform the TPLO surgery, which I was quoted up to $12k in town. Dr. Joyce is trained to do the MMP dog knee surgery and this was a fraction of the price with better recovery. They are kind and practical - I appreciate the small vet vibe and that I'm not paying for a bunch of "fluff" and I get logical advice and guidance that fits the pet, outcome potential, budget, and diagnosis
