This clinic is amazing. The veterinary specialist was detailed and took time talking with me explaining what could be going on with my pet. She also explained other conditions or potential conditions that could be causing his issues. We were greeted with a very cute welcome in our room which made our visit feel personal. I left there feeling informed. I drove 3.5 hours one way for this appointment and when I left I had no regrets only feelings I made the right choice, it was worth my time. They are caring and coordinate with other specialists to help facilitate treatment and procedures to not only accommodate pet owners but pets. I would recommend this hospital 100% and trust them with any of my pets. Everyone was exceptional! There were also people behind the scenes who looked at choppy

This hospital is absolutely the best!! This was our 3rd and hopefully 🤞🏽 last and final visit for my baby boy Dak. The first was to fix his broken leg by putting a few screws and plate in to save it. Then the 2nd visit was to remove the plate since he’s so tiny 4 pounds the plate made a hole exposing it. This 3rd visit was to remove 2 clogged salivary glands. The staff is always so great to work with and they really do treat your pets like their own. The place is so fancy too. I’m very fortunate to only be 4 hours away from Bend. And a big thanks to Dr. Stockdale for helping my Dak. And I also love how they send updates how on your pet is doing after surgery.

The entire staff went above and beyond during the hardest two days of my life. Everybody was compassionate, skilled, and thoughtfully kind. You can trust them to provide the best care. My 183lb Cane Corso collapsed at home and within 8 minutes of us arriving they quickly found the cause…they were so considerate and delicate in conveying the news my boy had pericardial effusion due to heart cancer. Within another 20 minutes they successfully performed a pericardiocentesis and we got to bring my boy home for a couple days before putting him to rest as the cancer rapidly became systemic. Non curative heart cancer is devastating news and they were so sensitive and caring in helping me and my partner understand the diagnosis. We later received a thoughtful condolences card with several staff m

VRCCO knows how to do things right. The minute we walked in we were greeted kindly and respectfully. The staff was compassionate, the food trucks were a plus and the snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The oncologist was honest and to the point, but also very compassionate. She and her team answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease with the care plan for our best friend. Dr. Couto was wonderful, as was her vet tech. They listened and helped us to make the best choice possible to treat our dog's lymphoma. We are confident that Larry will have the quality of life that he deserves with this care team.

It was so nice to call ahead and determine if we needed to bring our dog in after her scarfed some raw sourdough rolls off the counter. The night staff was very friendly and nice. Plus snacks and drinks were really sweet touch in the waiting room. I appreciated the run down and options with medicine choices and costs. I was a little thrown off with the front staff calling my dog my "kiddo" which is endearing but I wasn't sure if I called the wrong emergency place. The Dr and tech and front desk folks were all great to interact with! It was so nice to be able to let our dog go back with you and start treatment while I finished paperwork.
