Amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable staff. From staff who answer the phones to the doctors (We have seen ophthalmology and dermatology), everyone is so caring and thoughtful. Our dog has had conditions resolved here that we never thought we'd get figured out. Grateful for the caring team and the call from the doctor when I did not expect it. Dr. Kaese went above and beyond when she called to get more information and made time the next morning to see Sally!

We are very happy with the care and service provided by VRC. Every has been very thorough, honest, and generous. We live just down the street and are very grateful to have such a wonderful clinic so close. The compassion really stands out for us. My wife and I both left at different times so impressed and feeling like our dog was on the best path forward. Jake was absolutely amazing. So personable and compassionate. Dr. Ellison was fantastic with explaining all of the information we needed to know. Starr was also wonderful. Highly recommend!

Very efficient, clean. Caring staff. Dr. Sean Ellison was great. Explained things gave us options and had a plan to get our dog comfortable until Monday when she could see her specialist @ the Oxford Ct hospital. Thanks to all. VRCCO was absolutely the best with dealing with parvo with our doggy clan.. They listened to us and answered any and all questions. Gave the best care possible. All our furbabies have survived parvo do to their knowledge and support for us. As far as wait time. It was a little crazy. Waiting in car for one hour or longer for results for parvo test. And hours more before we received meds and got to go home. And calling with further questions about treatment at home was difficult.. usually not getting a return call whe. Told we would. Thank you!
