PetVet365 Pet Hospital Irving

Last week, My sweet baby Princess of 14 years had to finally be put to rest. The environment was very comfortable and clean. The doctor and her team were very compassionate, empathic, and professional. Her last hours, we were taking into a private room, so Princess could lay down and rest on a nice comfortable bed. They played relaxing ocean waves off YouTube, to set the tone for calmness and peace. She was very sick and they made the process very smooth and easy. There is a peaceful stillness about this place. The doctor even gave me a hug when Princess finally passed. That touched my heart. She went above and beyond! I truly appreciated that kind of empathy. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and calm day to say your last words to your furr baby.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! I brought our foster dog Sam III in to update his vaccines, and they were so sweet and gentle with him. Their rooms feel more like cozy living rooms, which made him so much more comfortable compared to our last vet. We’ll definitely be coming back—probably with a few of our other pups too! ✨ Update: Just a few days later, I scheduled an appointment for our dog Piper, and once again, they were amazing with her. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place—such a great experience every time! Another update: We scheduled a last-minute appointment for our other dog, Izzie, after she suddenly became very sick. The staff was incredibly kind and gentle with her. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me her X-rays, w

absolutely IN LOVE with this vet an am SO HAPPY to have found them!! My yorkie who has TERRIBLE- and I’m not exaggerating- TERRIBLE anxiety & fear of so much was treated with some much patience and care here! From the moment we walked in she was taken back to her own little private doggie room, equipped w/a TV playing “relaxing dog music - Christmas version”, a small doggie couch (big enough for me to share), toys, a menu w/special treats, a bed and all the privacy and comfort you could ever imagine. Every other vet office has always seemed so “dr like” and she never does well impatiently waiting in the waiting room w/all the other animals that she seems go back & not come back out.. then when she would be called to enter a room and awkwardly stand on a cold table while strangers poked aro

Dr Genine and her staff are amazing. We take all of our fur babies (4 dogs & 3 cats) to PetVet365 in Irving. We moved to Justin (30 miles away) but make the trip because we trust her and the staff. She is very compassionate and most of all, she listens to us. You don’t find the kind of person Dr Genine is everyday. She is special and has a great soul.
