Love the grooming bath area. So convenient to use and only $12 and they provide rubber aprons, shampoos and soaps ( even hypoallergenic shampoo) bath area, blow drying hose and a clasp to hook your baby so they dont jump down. Well worth it. Lady at front register was nice as well. Even gave our princess a treat.

The staff was super helpful and nonjudgmental when I had to give my dog a flea bath in December in Texas! I didn't realize that was a thing, but I bought K9 Advantix to help reoccurring problem. She hates baths, but she enjoyed today's special bath time.

Horrible behavior from the manager. I drove up at 8:55 and immediately when she saw my lights she turned around and gave me a death stare and cussed me out through the glass. I walk in and she huffs and is staring me down with anger. I go get my dog food and when I come to the register the employee is on the register away from the door. i walk over there and then she tells me i need to go to the other register. Why not tell me that before i walk over there and make me turn around? Last time i will ever go back to this location. And i know it was the manager because she had to fix a price issue the previous week i was there.

Unclear return policies. Management was indifferent and didn't care. It was evident customer experience meant nothing. I was looking for an instore exchange on an expensive cat bed my cat never used. The attitude from staff was basically tough luck. Bye! I will never come back to this location and I might be done with this franchise all together. the first store that I went to when I lived in Saginaw was amazing but this team ruined it for me

The staff here is helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t have extensive experience here but all of my interactions so far have been positive. As with most large pet stores, the prices are a bit high for what you’re getting. Cheaper deals can certainly be found elsewhere, but the store is clean and well organized and everyone is enthusiastic and helpful. I did see two fish “kissing” here, so that was nice. ☺️
