It was great being able to register prior to the clinic day. It is somewhat confusing when it is time to get in line. The text that is sent when it is time to enter the store says look for the “Start Here Sign” there was no sign. If I had not been to the store on a previous visit I would not know where to take my pet.
We were seen in a timely manner but had pre registered. Our mini golden doodle was nervous but they were very nice to her, unfortunately she was sick after the distemper shot for a couple of days.
The Dr and her assistants were very nice and explained everything without being condescending.
I like your new (at least to me) pre-register process
Quick and detailed!! Very friendly.
