The vet and techs were kind and gentle. They took time to check the cat thoroughly and answer any questions that I had.
The only problem I had was not knowing one had to reserve a place in line on the TSC website. I think this information should be posted somewhere in the store. Otherwise,the experience wS great. The techs handled my cat in a very caring manner, even taking her into the restroom to vaccinate her to make sure she didn't bolt into the store.
It was great but I never got my email for the vaccination to show I got it done.
Waited 2 hours and specifically said my cat needs dewormer...now he has bloody stool and I see no record of dewormer in his record. Very upset
Sat at Arlington for 2 hours with no text (they won't take you without it) and then signed up for millington and still got no text but they took me because I was loud about not getting my text even though ppl that registered after me did
