I stopped in their office to see If they knew of any resources to help me find my Dog a home. My transmission went out and I am stuck here I am from Arkansas. Upon discussing my dog with them and my situation bc I don't have $2,500. for my transmission to be fixed and I am pretty much homeless. They gave me 2 phone numbers to call and upon me leaving the office I stopped to talk with a customer with her dog and the vet tech came running out scanning my dog for a chip. Without even asking like I stole her! That's calling me a thief! KITTENS AND KAININE IN FORT SMITH AR is her vet! Why would I take my dog to a vet to find resources to find her a home if I stole her?! I am VERY PO! Calling me a thief! I even had a witness!

Quick appointment, prices in-line with other places, friendly staff. It will be nice for the construction to be finished so patients' owners can come in. Curbside removes nearly all of the personal touch and communication with the staff. Went for an annual wellness exam and shots I assume nothing was of concern, but wasn't told one way or the other, but that's ok!

Took my cat in today to get shots and shaved he was matted pretty bad from licking and not liking to be brushed and they did amazing! They got him in quick and got him out at the time they said they would the price to get his shots and to sedate him and shave him wasn’t bad at all cheaper than we expected! We will definitely bring our cats back here and the staff that came out was so nice and respectful and handled my cat with care. Thank y’all sooo much for helping my fur baby today I know he feels so much better. Wanted to share a before and after just to show how bad he was

WARNING!! Please, if you love your pets, do not. I mean, do not bring them here.. I saw the post on Facebook, so I inquired about the price. I was told a certain price for shots and grooming. I thought it wasn't bad at all. Let me jump on that. Drop my dog off, wasn't any problems, but something in my spirit said look at the reviews..I thought to myself please don't let nothing happen to my baby while I'm gone, I pull up ready to pay the $160 + $30 for the heartworm medicine also was going to leave a $40 tip. But when he came outside, I was told a totally different price a price of 275. I said, "Whoa!! that's not what I was quoted... show the guy that was outside the messages he was cool about it,he actually was pretty nice and he said let me get the manager older lady came out she was rat

I read the reviews but I've had a completely different experience. I called them in a panic yesterday. No vet in the area could fit me in and my 3 pets were not doing well at all. Millington animal hospital squeezed me in that day and took the best care of them. They really treated me and my babies with such care and understanding. My dog (who's 10) does NOT like vets or anyone who is not me to touch him and I kid you not he jumped into the vet techs arms to go inside. Thats when I knew these were good people. The prices are high BUT I wont take my pets anywhere else. My babies are all back to their normal selves and im so incredibly thankful for you guys and your honest, hard work. Thank you again!
