Petco Grooming

I’ve been taking my French Bulldog here for grooming and have always been happy with the service — until my most recent visit. I purchased the spa treatment package, which included a soothing bath and teeth brushing. Unfortunately, my dog did not smell nearly as fresh or clean as in previous visits. I called to share my concerns and was told a manager would return my call, but no one has followed up. I truly value good service and communication, which makes this experience disappointing after being a loyal customer. I hope management will address this, because consistency and follow-through are important to pet owners like me.

I am 100% satisfied and thoroughly impressed with the whole team. Very personable and informative. My Ellie Mae is always so proud of her feet when she comes back from the beauty parlor. That is why I’m giving a five star rate. Thank you

Take both of my dogs to be groomed and nails buffed. Always pleased and staff is great. Scheduling is easy and quick with flexibility.

Megan Wade does an excellent job on my pet Mama. She did a beautiful "Summer Cut" on her, for those Dog Days of Summer!

Ally gave my babies a wonderful experience. They enjoy their time being pampered.
