This was such an easy process. I signed up ahead of time online. I was sent a link to let them know I had arrived, which was also very easy. I just walked around the store and did some shopping prior to our appointment. I then received a text statement they were ready for my little ones. The intake didn’t take long at all. The vet and her assistant were so wonderful with all the dogs. Mine are a one person dog. However they allowed the assistant to pick them up and hold them while they were given their shots. They never whimpered or jumped. She was amazing giving them their shots.
I have no complaints, was well satisfied.
