PetVet Vaccination Clinic

The lady checking us in was very rude. I was the first one to check in and when I seen others checking and getting seen I kindly went up to her and asked her if I did it right and to look she told me rudely if I did not get her text to go walk the store instead of even looking into it. Come to find out others started having issues and they leaned the system wasn’t working right. So I stood there and she then knew this and left me waiting so I went from being the first to the last to be checked in and paying. I was there early as I am all the as I had to be at church. The woman was very very rude towards me when I started off nice and just asking her to look however the people in the vet van was very kind

Very busy. Why did I pre-register if there wasn't a benefit to it. Still had to wait in a LONG line. There was a lady, (2 in front of me) that said her dog was aggressive so vet made the line move back 20 ft. She proceeded to pull up onto the sidewalk eith dog in front seat. She made a big deal about the dog being agressive BUT he got out of the truck with his tail wagging. not agressive but extremely friendly. It was apparent the lady was just unable to control the dog so EVERYONE else was inconvenienced. She should have been told to make an appointment to take her dog to the vet. NOT THE PET CLINIC. I hope others express their concerns over this issue.
