I want to give a huge thank you to Merissa (MD) and Beatriz (BS) at the Pet vax vet clinic for the amazing job they did with my dog Frida! 🐶💛 Frida usually has to be sedated just to get her nails trimmed, but this time they were so patient, gentle, and caring that she didn’t need any medication at all. I honestly couldn’t believe it! They handled her with so much calm and kindness, and it made the whole experience stress-free for both Frida and me. My large dog (Romeo) was ill. There was no way I could get him in the car and to the Vet. office. I set up an appointment with Petvacx mobile care and was more than happy with the care. Dr. Hudgins and her Tech (Amy?) came to my home and could have not been more caring and knowledgeable. They assessed Romeo right away ordered meds and set up for surgery. On the day of the surgery there was another Vet. on duty (didn't get her name). I was a little apprehensive as I had not met her. But, she did an amazing amount of complicated and extensive surgery on my dogs mass. The staff at the hospital was extremely helpful and kind to us and Romeo. He is on the mend and doing much better. Highly recommend

I've been taking my cat here for a little over 2 years now and we love them. The vet techs and veterinarians are so gentle with my nervous girl. They do a thorough assessment during the appointment, and ask you so many valuable questions in the pre-appointment paperwork. It's reassuring to go somewhere that not only assess your pets health in that moment, but also their behaviors and lifestyle at home. Got our kitten spayed here and it was overall a very easy and smooth experience. This is a great place if you are looking for an affordable spay/neuter service. I will say the people we interacted with were just a little curt and short with us. Not an issue though, nobody was rude.

Saying goodbye to our dog was one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through. The team at this clinic treated us with so much kindness, patience, and compassion during such a painful moment. Two weeks later, we received a handwritten sympathy card from the doctors. It honestly meant more to us than I can explain. In a time when we were grieving, that small but thoughtful gesture reminded us that we weren’t alone — and that our dog truly mattered to them too. Thank you for caring not just for our pet, but for us as well. We will always be grateful for the love and humanity you showed our family
