I have had our Cats Shelby, Abby and Toby, and as of October 2025 my dog Bingo and at Going Home my youngest daughter cremated with Going Home and Forever Faithful. And just yesterday our 16 year old Cat Sammy at Woodbine. These folks at Rockville and Woodbine are considerate, helpful and respectful of the family and their loved ones both pets and humans alike. I express concerns each time about receiving my pet and not someone else’s but have been assured as to their procedure. I feel comfortable I am getting my little one. If I didn’t trust somewhat, I certainly would not have left the remains of my daughter under their care. I would recommend both locations highly as now I have had experience with both. I will be forever grateful, the team was so helpful in navigating me through the process, as this was my first time losing a pet. They were so quick to respond back when I initially made the call and were prompt to get everything ready for our arrival. Wynter was so patient with me even when I could no longer hold it together. She was also thorough in showing me all my options and how much things would cost. I do not wish to have to make the call again soon but if I do, I’ll be using their services again.

We lost our beloved Joshua Jan 28 2026 He was 18 . We were so lost . But Forever Faithful Pet Cremation Services was beyond exceptional. Marcos took care of us . The unbelievable empathy and compassion he showed made us feel so much better . He took his time with us . Even though we were in so much grief, he showed us he cared . That meant so much to us . Our beloved dog Maizy passed at home and we had a wonderful and caring experience with Wynter. She was professional, compassionate, and very sympathetic. She explained everything in detail and was more than happy to answer any questions and helped us navigate this terrible situation.

I lost my best friend Ollie on Monday. I can’t say enough positive things about this crematorium. The staff were all incredible. This is the worst circumstance to meet and they were patient, kind, compassionate and truly amazing. I got my Sir back in just 2 days! I’m so grateful for this. He’s home.
