ACHIEVE Veterinary Urgent Care

ACHIEVE is the best veterinary clinic. I agree with what another customer said, if I could then I would give them 100 stars. Their staff is professional, kind, and helpful, and their clinicians have amazing bedside manner and took the time to explain the purpose and results of the various tests and treatment protocols. On the evening of New Years Eve, when every other clinic in the county was closed, they made time to see and treat my 19 year old cat who was in some kind of bad way, howling in pain. It was a holiday, and I am sure that everyone had other places they could be, but everybody at ACHIEVE welcomed me warmly, showed genuine care for my little cat, and went above and beyond to make sure she was fully treated. Dr. Jones and the sweet lady at the front desk are AMAZING!! I called ahead to let them know I would be a walk-in, so they knew what dog to walk through the door when we arrived. Dr. Jones did a phenomenal job at explaining everything in great detail. Spoke calmly to me to help me feel at ease. I highly recommend the Achieve Vet Urgent Care, and if anything is/were to happen again, they're the first place I'll go. It was our first time there but they made us feel like family and have been long time members.

If I could give them a 100 stars I would! The front desk lady IS extremely patient and sweet to me and my Stella. I came in I have been going through a lot this morning, life etc. regardless of how much of a mess I was, the doctor who helped me today truly went above and beyond for my Stella and me! He IS extremely professional, understanding, helpful, friendly! Just an amazing man all together! Honestly everyone was amazing! Friendly and just brought so much peace to what started off as very stressful day for me. Having a sick pet, plus life’s obstacles and feeling overwhelmed, these wonderful, wonderful people will help you and take that stress off from you! They are so understanding and truly a God send I’m wishing everyone gets a raise soon! They ALL are more than deserving of it. 10/1

We were very happy with the care our dog received from Dr. Jones and the staff at Achieve Urgent Care. We needed to find a place to take our dog late Sunday afternoon (10/12/25), and they were able to see her immediately. Our dog was showing only a few, but concerning, symptoms, yet Dr. Jones was able to diagnose the problem quickly. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that they can perform lab work on-site, which allowed the doctor to safely prescribe the necessary medication right away. Dr. Jones was kind to our dog and took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly. They also sent a summary of the visit to our primary vet, which made our follow-up appointment seamless. Seeing a vet is never inexpensive, but Dr. Jones was absolutely worth the cost. We highly recommend Achieve U

⚠️ DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE ⚠️ I am absolutely furious and heartbroken. My dog was having trouble eating, so we brought him in to be evaluated. The vet took one look and clearly saw he wasn’t doing well. I even asked directly if it would be safer for him to stay overnight or be transferred somewhere that could monitor him. Instead, the vet told us he was “good to go home” and proceeded to run bloodwork and other tests. We discussed the cost, negotiated, and ultimately paid for everything they recommended. We trusted their judgment. And then we took my boy home — where he passed away early the next morning. I’m angry because this could have been prevented. We asked for more care. We asked if he needed to stay. We relied on their expertise, and they failed him. They sent my dog home in
