Dog Training With Bob

Bob is an expert trainer who’s also very accessible which is an important detail to make note of: most professionals of his caliber make you fill out a bunch of online forms and schedule introductory video calls before they will spend time with your dog. I was able to send Bob a direct text and he called me that same day. The first session was scheduled shortly after. He corrected our 2yr old Rottweiler’s leash walking and reactivity problems almost instantly. I would highly recommend anyone to use his services.

Bob came out and helped us with training our very energetic one year old dog. He was professional, well informed, and flexible with our schedule and accommodating our household chaos with two kids and two dogs. Having at home training was amazing because it helped both us and our dog understand how to get the most out of training in our own environment. Bob dealt with all our varied questions with patience and understanding while using his wealth of training knowledge to get us the solutions we needed. Bob was fantastic. We became the owners of a brand new puppy and we had never had a puppy before. He helped us know what to do with her the very first night and gave us extremely helpful tips for crate training, potty training, and specifics for her first days/week at home with us. Through five weeks of training he helped us learn which commands to teach first, important safety issues (door manners - teaching the puppy she can't just leave the house when a door is opened), and recommended the best equipment to invest in which saved us money and time over the long run since we didn't have to use trial and error. He used positive reinforcement and trained the whole family in how to interact and teach our puppy.

Bob is great at working with dogs and their owners. He is responsive, prepares clients well for his first visit and is clear, effective, knowledgable; and I can recommend him without hesitation. Our middle aged border collie has recently worsened in her barking at people who come into the house. The barking was preventing human conversation. Bob was familiar with the behavior and had a very easy fix, which he taught us. Another annoying habit, that of excessive licking of human hands, was explained and controlled by Bob as well. What he taught us works 100% of the time. So glad I found him.
