PetSuites St. Charles

I took my dog here for the first time to be groomed, I am disappointed in the service. I payed extra for him to get a blueberry facial, dremel and teeth cleaning, along with everything that comes in the regular package. They didn’t even cut his nails so I know there was no dremel necessary. As for the teeth cleaning who knows if they were cleaned or not. He came back smelling good and he was definitely brushed. But the top of his nose was bleeding when he came back. I’m not sure if this was from him being in a cage/kennel and trying to get out, but I’m upset that he came back like that. If for some reason the groomer wasn’t able to cut my dog’s nails I would’ve understood had someone called and told me. But I payed for a full package and I specifically mentioned that he needed his nails

We bring our dog, Biscuit, to PetSuites regularly and have always been blown away by their service. While their daily care is top-notch, I truly believe a company is defined by how they handle things when they don’t go exactly as expected. On the very rare occasion we’ve encountered an issue, the team has been more than fair and incredibly professional. Most importantly, they truly treat Biscuit like one of their own. Highly recommend!

I will give this place 0 stars if I could. I had a confirmed booking for a 5:00 PM drop-off on a Saturday. The website allowed me to schedule that time. I arrived at 4:58 PM with my dog and his things, and they turned off the lights and refused to accept him, despite the confirmed reservation. The two teenage front-desk girls said, “We’re not even supposed to be here,” yet they were still inside past 6:30 PM. I waited specifically to see if what they said was true. It was not. This is a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and for pets. I attached photos showing my car trip history with the exact times I turned my car on and off, a photo taken at 6:00 PM showing them still inside on their computers, and the reservation confirmation. PetSuites takes such sweet, attentive care of our 2 Basset rescues, with attention to detail, every time. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable about our dogs. The facility is clean and bright and well-designed. The grooming services are top-notch. And our pups are happy to visit, each time. :)

Thoroughly impressed with my experience as it was my first time and first time having to board a pet. Being able to check in on my dog Whiskey anytime I want and seeing her playing with the other dogs made me feel less anxious having to leave her there. I would recommend Pet Suites to anyone! Thank you!!!
