Amanda H and their team of groomers are the best! They went above and beyond to take care of my new pup and give him his first grooming experience. I was nervous to take him but I wanted to get him acclimated early so when he gets older he wouldn't be scared or or have behavioral issues. Amanda was very warm and welcoming. We went over all of the options and talked about puppy classes, coupons and events for dogs. Everything was well organized and my pup had the best experience! I was able to shop and pick up a few treats and toys for him while he was pampered. I can't thank them enough or say enough good things about their team. The employees were very helpful and informative. From the time we walked until I checked out we had a great first experience!

Love this place...got 2 Bearded Dragons from here. Both are doing wonderful and after buying them and crickets I got mad points to get them even more. I also got fish from there and they are great. They keep stock up which helps with all my babies. Also got 2 black cats and a big dog.

I get all of my chihuahuas medical medicine and bath soap treats etc ! Absolutely best place to get your furry friends day to day needs staff are always available understanding and friendly.

Such a nice store and staff. Always helpful and accommodating. I bought the cutest tag for my dog that said “Hello my name is Griffin”, much like the typical name tag stickers we’ve all had to wear at public gatherings over the years. It was hilarious!! The associate at the desk laughed with me about that and helped me engrave it. There was also a very friendly and helpful staff member working in the grooming department. She was able to answer several questions I had and help me book next-day appointments for both of my dogs.

This is a great store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Eliza, the trainer is exceptional. She has been great with my dog and the other dogs in class, and she adapts techniques specific to the dogs particular character or issues, getting the best out of each dog. The training is strong and she offers many suggestions and strategies for issues outside of the training. It’s obvious she loves dogs and what she does! She definitely adds value to the store. My pup also got a ”pawdicure” recently in the grooming salon and the staff there were great as well! Very friendly and patient. Did a great job.
