My sister in law takes her small dogs there to be groomed. Shalene is a wonderful person. The dogs love her and it is obvious that she loves and cares for every dog and their owners. I can’t say enough good things about her services.
They have done a fabulous job with my fur babies. Highly recommend
I have to say that the woman who owns this business is extremely flexible. I have brought my pooch in quite a few times and she has always worked with him so well. She has had to move a few things around in order to fit him in on short notice and I appreciated it so much! Normally he is not a fan of getting his hair cut but I haven’t had any issues with that bringing him here. Gizmo approves!
Shalene and her staff have always taken wonderful care of my baby girl Luka. We have been going to Pups and Pals for years! I moved to Columbus 5 years ago and we still make the drive to Muskingum county to have Lukas grooming done here! They’ve always treated my baby like their own and she remembers my baby everytime we call to schedule an appointment! I can’t recommend Shalene and her care enough!
Best pet groomer around. Highly recommended. They do such a great job with my sweet ornery little girl.
