I love that the vet doesn't recommended more testing than us necessary. Dr. Shinn is very thorough, very quick, very good at explaining what she thinks is going on, and very thorough with assessments. I feel that I leave with my concerns addressed, a good plan, and a very reasonable cost.

I cannot say enough good things about our veterinarian and the staff there. I've recently just had a sick cat and at the appointment today Marianne was so thorough took her time and explained everything so well and answered all my questions . You can tell they really care about their patients and the patients parents . She is the sweetest and so attentive. The staff is so caring and very informative and put up with calls after calls of this worried pet parents haha . We have been going here for years . ❤️ Thank you all from the bottom of my heart !!

We've gone to Dr. Reid for more than 15 years now. She and her staff have always been wonderful! She's caring, friendly, gentle and great with all pets. You can tell she's truly in this field to help animals and her prices are the best I've ever heard of. If you need pet care in Zanesville, you should be going to this clinic.

I had an appointment for my Yorkie but my Aussie needed to be seen and did not have an appointment. The staff got her in and took her right back and treated her so sweet. I am happy to report they are both on the mend.
