PetSmart

At this Petsmart, someone names every single betta in hopes they will get adopted, so it's also easier to see for sure if one has been there long. Despite being a big box store, I really have to give our Petsmart props. I have seen a dead fish only once, and when the temperatures got down to 0 outside, they moved all the betta temporarily so they wouldn't be too close to the door and get cold. I also did not see them restock them that week while they were in the back. I suspect so that they would not run the risk of a bunch dying? I am pleased to know the person in charge of that area does their best to put the fish first as much as they can considering the whole practice. Also, the staff here has been incredibly kind. Dropped off our dog for a furrmirator treatment and she looks worse than what we dropped her off with. Ardi cera was her groomer. If i could give no stars I would. Don't take your fluffy pets here. When we complained they only offered to brush her for 20 minutes which is not possible, as we are going to holiday events.

Got a leopard gecko 3weeks ago from here and let’s just say we FAMILY nah (now) it’s always CLEAN and the feeders A1+5 lol. Unlike the other store I get clean good feeders for my baby each time. I don’t have a bad experience when I come here from the Store manger Assistant mgr and employees (well one employee but that’s whatever) all give me a pleasant experience each time so thank you I know I talk a lot and again I’m sorry but I really do appreciate all the support and help you guys give -signed your neighborhood gecko boy 🦎🐛 Picture of my baby girl Kasko (yes like the liquor or the grocery store Costco 😆)

I waited until the last minute to get DeOGee groomed for a trip. Everywhere else was booked or no walk-ins. I’ve taken her to PetSmart before, I tried there and made it just in time for them to take her. And, they gave out good grooming information. (I love information). I’m just going to make this her regular grooming space. Between the Humane Society and Petsmart, she good!

If you love your pet, do not get it groomed here. Specifically Milah the cat groomer. Not only did she do a horrible, uneven job, she left my cat traumatized unable to eat or get out from under the bed. Aside from the horrible grooming experience she also took it upon herself to charge me double explaining to me that it’s because my cat had to be held by someone else and wasn’t cooperating ( he’s literally a kitten?) even tho it’s not in their policy to charge double for “handling.” After speaking with a manager they also informed me that she claims I was undercharged when I came in 2 months prior and took it upon herself to charge me the remainder this time without my consent and no explanation when asked. Just framed it as the “handling” fee (which is also a separate $10 btw). Manager Co
