Lifeline Veterinary Urgent Care

I decided to bring my dog Remy here because he broke his dew claw nail pretty badly over the weekend and his primary vet was booked on a Saturday. They were so helpful in assisting me with whether I should wait to see his primary veterinarian on Monday or take care of it same day. My shepherd needs to be medicated for anxiety/fearfulness any time he goes to the vet, but since this was an emergency, we couldn’t do that. We couldn’t even get the poor guy through the door because he was resisting so much, but the staff at Lifeline were great in explaining every step of the sedation process and reassuring me that it would help him get the help he needed. Took our 2 year old pup in for excessive vomiting. All of the staff was wonderful with her and she loved them. Every other vet she has been to she screamed about being taken in the back for tests. Here she just trotted back happily. She ended up needing a surgery to remove a blockage and it was less then half the price I expected to pay and they got it done asap. They made sure we had everything we needed to take care of her and checked in on her via text the next day. Best service I've ever received at an emergency vet.

Scheduling an appointment was so easy to do online. The staff was amazing! The doctor was thorough and made sure we understood all our options. Unlike veterinary hospitals I didn’t have to sell a kidney to be able to pay for the care. I highly recommend Lifeline if your normal vet is not available. Thank you Lifeline Veterinary Urgent Care for the great service taking care of my dog.

This morning my dog Bruno managed to rip his toenail clean off while running around. No matter how much kwik stop and gauze I used, the bleeding just wouldn’t stop. I started calling around, but most emergency vets in the area had 4+ hour waits. Thankfully, Lifeline Pet Urgent Care didn’t. From the moment we walked in, Sy was an absolute angel. She was so kind and sweet, and honestly having a friendly face made such a difference in such a stressful situation. Sy and Dr. Wireman took amazing care of Bruno. They got him cleaned up, bandaged, and back on his paws in no time. I was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. I was bracing for a silly little accident like this to break the bank, but it didn’t. That kind of relief means everything. Of course I hope I won’t need

Absolutely love this place. Clearly it’s not a regular vet office- only for urgent issues. But they’re also priced better than most emergency vets. One of the best things is their waiting queue. They’ll put you on the list and you can monitor it from home so you don’t have to wait hours in your car. The vet techs are super knowledgable. Dr. Quinne is amazing! She may seem younger than most vets but she’s very smart and nice! They took great care of my dogs and even followed up the next day to make sure he was ok. I wish they also had a regular vet office there cause I would go there for all of my pets needs.
