Dr. Jonie Acuna is the best and so is the rest of the Doctor Paws staff. We’ve taken both of our dogs here, including a senior with mobility issues and a brand new puppy. Everyone is so wonderful and lovey. We drive quite far to get to Doctor Paws and it’s worth it!

I’ve been following Dr. Eastman since she relocated from Westland because I trust her completely with my dogs. She actually saved my senior dog’s life, and I can’t say enough positive things about her care, knowledge, and dedication. The entire staff is wonderful, but I especially want to shout out Sarah at the front desk — she’s always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find a vet team this professional, compassionate, and caring, and I’m so grateful my dogs are in such good hands.

called first thing in the morning as a new patient and was seen within a few hours, honestly unheard of around this area, bless you all. they treated my baby so well and even took the cutest picture of her with her little goggles on for laser therapy, its my new favorite picture of her!! i am confident in their treatment plan for her and can see relief in her composure already, thank you all so much <3

Extremely unhappy with our experience here. The older woman at the front desk is INSANELY rude! Extraordinarily rude in person and extremely rude when answering the phones. If you behave this way in a customer facing job setting, you deserve to be let go. Clearly, you hate your job ma’am. The vet here was so quick to advise that our cat needed dental cleaning immediately. Thank goodness we got a second opinion as this can be a traumatic experience for cats and very costly. We would do anything for our cats and spend any amount on them, but this place doesn’t even have the ability to take dental X-rays and they wanted to do a cleaning and pull as many teeth as they felt necessary with the price increasing due to the amount of teeth pulled. Had a great first visit with Dr. Jonie to establish care for my Doberman. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be coming back for permanent care!
