I don’t like writing bad reviews especially for small businesses but I’m frustrated and disappointed with this experience. Long story long: I brought in my shorthair Russell terrier mix. She’s a recent rescue and her nails are pretty long. Discussed this with the owner ahead of time, she acknowledged that the quicks would be long too. We’ve had her nails done at Pet Supplies Plus multiple times without issue even though she’s a bit nervous. When I picked up my dog there was blood on the top of her right paw and the left paw was orange with residue, presumably a stop-bleed product. One quick on her left paw was severely clipped and two on her right paw had also been clipped. So glad they are back open! Their new groomer did an amazing job-Olive’s best cut yet. We prefer a straight forward cut, nothing too fancy/floofy and he did exactly what we requested. Also the owner Annette is a gem- drop off/pick up is always easy and stress free. Highly recommend!

You cannot encounter a better groomer/business owner. They are THE BEST! They are always so considerate, personal, and communicative. I've tried many in the area and I always felt like my dogs were just a means to an end to them. Whenever I go to All Paws, I'm left feeling like my dogs are being cared and tended for in the same way I would. On top of that, their pricing is fantastic compared to others I've been to. If you are looking for the best groomer for your best friend, you found them here. I cannot recommend them enough!
