PetSmart

Great for your everyday pet products and prescription foods for cats/dogs. They carry a variety of foods that my cat needed and was a life saver. But really need to improved their live fish care. You’d think as any big chain, there’s bound to be dead fish but they were everywhere and got my tank fish sick. If you are considering buying live fish here, I’d recommend picking up some meds and preemptively treating them for the best chance they survive the adjustment. Or buying elsewhere that’s more flexible like Petco or dennys pet world so you don’t have dead fish in your freezer until you can lug them to the pet store. PetSmart needs to see the body, no no exceptions. I’d much prefer just showing some photos and bringing a water sample elsewhere

I have been taking my labradoodle here since he was a pup. Cassie is great! He looks forward to his trips to see here. UODATE: Just took in our newest Golden doodle pup for his first cut and Cassie did not disappoint.

Had an issue with a clearance item that we bought, the manager alex took care of the issue with absolutely no drama or anything. Made the process really smooth. They have a great selection and i saw them playing with the adoption cats. This is a good petsmart

I’ve been buying mealworms for my whites tree frogs here for years and have had no issues I take extremely good care of my frogs they have a bio active terrarium with automatic misters and lighting with live plants to give you an idea of how much I love these guys I have five of them. I recently went on vacation for 8 days figured I’d throw in crickets for them while we were gone normally they are hand fed mealworms and haven’t tried crickets with them before when I got back from my trip(yesterday) my frogs were extremely sick due to some sort of fungus or nasty unclean disease the crickets had. One of them unfortunately passed in my hands before he could get treatment and I am currently struggling to keep the other 4 alive I went to the exotic pet vet near me I’ve had my frogs for 4 years

Staff here is friendly and attentive. Took my little furry pretty French bulldog girl in for grooming and such and they gave me back my happy little girl smelling good with an awesome nail trim, cleaned teeth and a nice bandana. She was happy and clean and this made me happy of course. I was pleased they did it so quickly and well. I will be back...
