PetSmart

I love this Petsmart! I have never had a problem at this store since I’ve shopped here for almost a year, but honestly the recent staff I’ve interacted with have been fantastic!! My dog and I were apparently the only ones to come dressed for the costume contest on Halloween and I was shocked to get a bag of goodies from one of the staff who saw her in her Packers Jersey before I took it off. He was so very sweet. And then tonight we came back to actually see if they had more of the cheek rolls that was one of her prizes. I was trying to find one of the staff until my dog barked at Eric as soon as she saw him but I think she recognized him before I had the chance to since his hair was down this time! My fiancé and I love coming to this Petsmart. All of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. A lovely employee named Jordan was incredibly helpful with us when getting some crickets and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you for always being so kind!

I took my dog Jackson to PetSmart Grooming this weekend, and Tee did an AMAZING job! From start to finish, Tee was professional, gentle, and super attentive. Jackson can be a little nervous during grooming, but Tee handled him with so much patience and care that he was completely at ease. When I picked him up, Jackson looked fantastic — his nails were trimmed great and he smelled good as well. You can tell Tee truly cares about the pets he works with and takes pride in his grooming. Highly recommend Tee if you want someone who treats your pet like their own. I’ll definitely be booking with him again!

I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at PetSmart. I took my cat in on Monday for a grooming appointment. That night, she came home and started breathing strangely. By Tuesday, her symptoms worsened, and by Wednesday I had to rush her to the vet. She was diagnosed with pneumonia, and X-rays showed fluid in her lungs. She is now at home on medication, struggling to breathe and suffering. I went back to the store to speak with the manager, Kristy, to inform her of what happened. Instead of showing concern or empathy, she was condescending, dismissive, and rude. When I explained that pneumonia can occur from aspirating water, she responded with “you’re not a doctor,” and said that she herself wasn’t a doctor either, as if that made my concerns invalid.
