Good store, good deals if you have the app. I definitely think they are understaffed. Most times there's a decent line at 1 open register but the workers are good about keeping the line moving. It still would be nice to have the availability of a 2nd register to be open when there's a few people waiting.

Got 4 types of tropical fish. Some reviews complain about fish dying right away. This is my third fish purchase and haven't had any quick deaths. I followed their instructions by slowly filling my aquarium water into bags after one hour temperature acclimation. Lights off. Works for me. Had great assistance trying to get the fish i preferred! Employee had to put up with a rude customer who insisted they get help before me because they were in a hurry. Lol. Thank you for the great fish and for the great customer support!

Been to at least a dozen Petsmart’s around the country and this one is in our top 3 faves. Simply because they always have what we need, the workers dont follow us around, and it’s always clean in there. Our dogs LOVE this place!

Excellent pet store. Lots of stuff for every pets needs. So thrilled that they stock supplies for reptiles as well. The staff is always friendly & helpful there too. Highly recommend the PetSmart Wausau location, thanks so much! 🐶🐾🐱🦜🐹🦎🐰🐠

Saw Dr. Miller today. My senior dog had a UTI and we couldn't get in to her vet for 3 weeks. The entire staff was wonderful! Got diagnosis and Rx to get her healthy again! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU!!!
