Their fish tanks look like they have been neglected for a while now. They have a bunch of gunk on the tank walls and have dead fish in the tanks too where the other fish are eating them. And an army of snails in almost every tank. The next time I pop in I’ll take some pictures. The worker wearing a sweater with long blonde hair had an attitude and looked like she didn’t even want to help out. If you don’t like your job girl.. then quit. Please. The only good thing was the older lady with the long grey hair at the registers. She was great! This is a somewhat new location and it’s a shame that it looks like that now.

Hello guys these are my sweet fur babies Mela, Kash, and Sevyn. They have been seeing Aubrey for quite some time now; Kash since he was a puppy and he’s is now 2! Aubrey never fails to make them feel comfortable and spoiled. Mela is a little diva and Aubrey knows it and will take the divaness the extra mile with her painted nails. Kash is Aubrey’s favorite person in the entire world that he gets the happy jumps everytime we tell him he is seeing her. Sevyn was a work in progress when we got him but he is now comfortable that he can finally get his nails done! If you are looking for someone to care for your fur babies just as much as you do I would definitely recommend to take them to see her! Mela, Kash, and Sevyn love you Aubrey!

Took my baby to get groomed and he seen Heather for the first time, from the moment we walked in she greeted Kobe patiently and was able to make him feel safe (he can be super anxious) she also was able to trim his nails which I don’t think any other groomer elsewhere was able to because he gets too nervous😭 Definitely will be seeing Heather again 🤍 thank you for being accommodating, patient and loving

H I’ve been taking London Paris and melo to Aubrey for years now and she does an amazing job with them .

Now I see why the Waterbury PetSmart only got 3.7 stars I wish I saw that before they advertise $20 off your first grooming appointment but they don’t tell you that you have to pre-purchase it online. What if you don’t go online then you’ll never know they don’t tell the new customers that so they won’t give me $20 off my second appointment when I just did it online and I did the pre-purchase they said I had to do it the first time I mean really for $20. They want to lose a customer, I don’t recommend PetSmart to anybody. I’ll go to Petco instead… I called the corporate office. Also nobody comes to the phone. There’s no number to press for the assistance that I need and then it just disconnects. PetSmart Should really go out of business
