Staff is very friendly and eager to please. Great location and the adoption there is awesome. I've noticed it also brings in a lot of business when people adopt. They immediately stock up on food litter beds toys and always come back to the helpful staff.

This review is solely based on the fact that the ceiling was leaking into the store all over the register area and onto one of the card readers. I feel bad for the employees who have to work in these conditions and hope that this is not happening in the rest of the store where the animals are kept. Please repair your building or at least find measures to prevent your employees from being rained on by ceiling water while they are doing their job. They deserve better

The employees were wonderful and did a great job grooming Holly, I would highly recommend Petco instead of petsmart 100%

I enjoy going to your store because of the customer service The staff is always courteous and willing to help Even when I'm wandering around and don't know really what I'm looking for they're always willing to help me find it once again the staff is amazing.
