American Carpet

Adam and Alex of American Carpet in Waterbury were awesome in organizing the installation of 3 rooms of carpet that I purchased at Home Depot. They made sure I was happy with the install which I appreciated so much. The install teams were polite, professional, put furniture back in place, vacuumed and left the area clean. Nice job everyone!

I went through Home Depot and they contract American Carpet. We had to cancel the install for an unexpected reason but Alex provided excellent communication. The guys came and did above and beyond my expectations. They worked non stop and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We are beyond happy with our experience with Home Depot and American Carpet South. The two young men that installed our maple hardwood floor did an impeccable job. The floor is beautiful. The installers were extremely neat, efficient, and professional. They arrived at the appointed time. They also cleaned up at the end of the day. I cannot write enough positive comments about American Carpet South. Also, we received a call the following day from an employee who wanted to ensure that everything went well. We have plans to use Home Depot and American Carpet South again.

We purchased carpeting from The Home Depot and American Carpet from Waterbury performed the installation. The carpet we chose is of a mid-level grade. It feels great to walk on it. As for the pad that fits underneath the carpet, it is of good quality. It is for an apartment that is above another one, so along with cushioning your feet when walking on it, it muffles the sound a little better as well. The crew of two arrived as on time and called me to inform me they arrived. They were professional, friendly, and informative as well. I was kept up to speed regarding the progress while they were doing the job. They did a nice job of cleaning the mess at the end of the job. They called me to tell me they were just about done and wanted to know if I wanted to take a look at the results of their

We contracted a carpet removal & vinyl flooring install job through Home Depot and are incredibly satisfied with the outcome. The installer was friendly, patient while we made decisions, and made sure we were totally satisfied before packing up. The floor looks fantastic and so does all of the trim work/transition strips.
