Carpets Plus just installed new floors for me in my house and I’m absolutely thrilled. The quality of the work and materials are outstanding. Their customer service on the sales end was excellent and the installation crew did an amazing job. They had excellent attention to detail and put my home back together with great care. I highly recommend this company. (Pardon the partially completed kitchen - we’re in the midst of a renovation).

Contracted them to install new flooring in my unit great customer service they got in me within a week the guys showed up earlier then expected and worked throughout the day to get the entire unit finished was beyond pleased with the work done the baseboards everything was A+ if you need good quality work done and great prices definitely give them the opportunity to gain your business I will definitely use them again on any projects in the future.

Absolutely perfect! Jose at Carpet Plus has 20 years of experience and it shows in his work. I would use him again in a heartbeat. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the flooring it is gorgeous. Quick installation and the price was right. Thanks Jose and Carpet Plus we will be back!

Very disappointed with this company. I’ve used them twice in the past and everything was seamless with a fair price. I purchased my most recent home and had floors installed in my kitchen. The floors lasted 6 months before coming up. I spoke to someone and they came out to take a look. They told me they would have to send an inspector and would let me know the outcome since these floors were covered under warranty. Inspector came out to my home in September of 2024. I’ve followed up three times and never received a response, nothing was done about the situation and I had to have new floors installed by a separate company. Not sure what happened with quality control and communication with this company but would not recommended any longer.
