07/2022 - I needed some feeder fish for my turtles and this store is located on my way home from work. Feeder fish were not terribly priced. $0.16 a fish for small goldfish and Rosie's and 32 cents a piece for larger goldfish. Customer service was awesome. Store was kind of busy, looked like they could have used an extra hand. 11/2021 - Great store with lots of options and wonderful employees. Inside of store was well lit and clean But the sign outside was not lit up which made the store completely unnoticeable because we visited when it was dark out. We really enjoyed our visit but I only gave three stars because I couldn't believe how outrageously expensive things were. It costed me $15 for a small bottle of flea shampoo. I'm really hoping it works well given the price I had to

I had same day delivery and door dash only delivered half the order 😕 they didn't bring my 20lb cat litter Keira contacted Door Dash to have someone deliver litter to me - Door Dash was uncooperative and Keira stepped in and after work she delivered my cat litter.I hope she gets a bonus / promotion - Thank you !!!!! This is ANIMAL CRUELTY !!!! I own 5 betta fish and when I stopped in here for supplies….i couldn’t help but notice the horrible conditions of their betta fish. One was dead and floating in it’s cup (which I kindly removed from the shelf and brought to the cashier). Then I noticed these two….which were marked on sale for 3.99!!! These health conditions don’t happen overnight…..this took time to get to where these poor fish were when I saw them. How could the pet smart team look at these everyday and think 1.) that it is ok to sell 2.) that is ok not to treat When I took the one to an employee pointing out it’s extremely poor condition….she said, “ohhhh I’ll take it in the back and place it in our hospital tank”…..if there is a “hospital tank” why wasn’t this done sooner. This location is especially great because of the staff members. They are always so helpful. Michelle is especially helpful for me whenever I have trouble finding anything. She's always there to help point me in the right direction. If you have pets and live in the area this is the only pet store you'll ever need. Thank you! 😃 😊
