Bow Wow Salon

We have been going to Bow Wow salon since Bailey was six months old. We absolutely love it there. She’s well taken care of Bailey loves her “spa” day! They are friendly and always done in a timely manner. She also boards with them and they are wonderful with her. Ciara is the best making my girl look so pretty and always sending me pictures of my girl when we’re on vacation would highly recommend Boarding and or grooming!

I bring my dogs to Bow Wow Salon in Victor for boarding all the time and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff is always friendly, professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs. Mine get so excited when we pull into the parking lot, which says everything about how comfortable they feel there. The facility is clean, well-run, and I always have peace of mind knowing my dogs are being taken care of while I’m away. It’s such a relief to have a place I trust for boarding. We have two dogs and both dogs go to Bow Wow for grooming. We also board when we’re out of town with Bow Wow. We are very pleased with the service. The staff are excellent and with our second dog they really had to work with him to get him to trust them for grooming. Their grooming is very well done and they’re super kind to our dogs. I had an amazing experience at this dog grooming salon! The staff was super friendly and clearly cared about my dog. They took the time to ask exactly how I wanted the cut and paid attention to every detail. My dog came back, looking clean, fresh and perfectly trimmed. The salon itself was clean and well organized, which made me feel comfortable. Leaving my dog here I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends.
