My first time grooming experience with PetSmart left me in shock and total disappointment with my pets grooming. I took my Golden Doodle into the Lavista Rd Tucker location for a full service grooming at the cost of $160 bucks. I have a 8 month old Golden Doodle with curly hair that simply needed to be bathed, brushed and trimmed in specific areas around the head & chest. What they did was cut all my dogs hair off from noise to tail. No style, No type of definition, just a buzz like cut of my dog. The customer service from the manager to the groomers it's awfull always, but today took a turn for the worse. When I arrived to the store I did not realized that someone else's Pet had pooped in the floor and I stepped on it. I told the manager about it, but she could not cared any less. She did not ask someone to clean it or went to clean it herself. Gave me a bunch of paper towels, and stepped inside her office with her door half open so that I saw how she sat down and continue playing on her phone, business as usual. When I left the store, 30 minutes later the pooped was still there. My appointment was at 1:30pm, but since the assigned groomer was late I was told "to wait untill my groomer showed up" Wow , but not surprising to me. That the way they roll. Top Pet Grooming! Jada (the ONLY groomer I recommend) is absolutely AMAZING! She grooms my two dogs and my cat, and every single time they come back looking incredible. It’s not easy managing three very different personalities, but she handles all of them with patience, skill, and so much care. My dogs always look perfectly groomed — clean trims, fresh coats, and happy energy. And finding someone you trust with your cat is huge, but Jada makes the entire experience stress-free. I can truly tell she loves what she does and treats my babies like they’re her own. If you’re looking for a groomer who is professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring, Jada is the one. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my crew!

I decided to bring my dog here due to his usual groomer canceling his appointment. When I picked up my dog, the girl was rude. Barely acknowledging me and handed me the paper BEFORE i seen my dog and directing me to the register to pay.. when i seen him, his fur was cut WAY too low.. to the point where he has rashes on him, causing him a lot of discomfort. This isn’t his first time getting groomed, never had this happen… if the groomer was not comfortable doing my dogs cut then she should’ve said something.

Excellent experience today while visiting this PetSmart for the first time. Ginger had a grooming appointment with Keisha and I couldn’t be happier (Ginger is pretty stoked also). All of the staff I interacted with today (5 in total) all provided top notch customer service which is rare these days in most retail environments. I was assisted with finding an item, suggested to join the loyalty club, and was given help with the app. You have gained a loyal customer. Will definitely be back!
