PetSmart Grooming

Today a groomer name kiara. Was so rude and unprofessional. She went as far to say in other words we were neglectful of our dog because she had a few mats and got extremely mad when she asked me if I felt the Mats she felt and I said no I didn’t feel them . She actually got mad because I didn’t agree with her , I told her my elderly mother makes sure to comb her daily, she didn’t want to hear it and kept going back and forth about this small issue and making it in to a bigger problem . Thank God for Paris because she came in and was a total professional and show me the proper tools to use on my dog something that Kiara could have done but she chose to nasty and completely disrespectful and PetSmart should not have her representing their brand. Kiara is a complete liability to this company

GM wouldn’t over look 1 day past rabies vaccination, would rather create a bad reputation then keep a customer, will not come back to this location

The services offered here were pretty good. My dog went in for a bath and the furminator. Overall my dog is well mannered but, can be very choosy with the people who handle him. When I came to pick him up he was happy as can be, smelled great, and definitely enjoyed his time there.

Don't bother trying to walk-in for a nail trim. They will always waste your time and turn you away. Why even offer this service?
