Furbusters

I’m so glad I found this groomer. They do a GREAT job, have very reasonable prices and are super pleasant. It’s really hard finding a groomer who gets all of it right and these folks do and genuinely show love and compassion for the pups. I highly recommend using them. They provide top notch grooming and it’s easy to tell this small business takes a lot of pride in their work. They also never owner shame me when my pups coats are in terrible shape when I bring my dogs in so I really appreciate that.

Our guy has never been anywhere else for a cut excluding my subpar at home maintenance. Erin and Bunny always do excellent work on him and we really appreciate everyone at this place! Now that he has his summer cut he is faster than ever and seems very cool and comfortable playing outside. He's like a new dog every time we pick him up from his appointments! Thank you so so much!!!

First timer! Got an appointment within 2 days. Miss Pearl, a Yorkie, is very particular....but she did great! She immediately vibed with the staff (she loves men!) so that put me at ease. She was ready for pickup within the time block as promised. We will be back!

This was my dog’s first grooming since his CCL surgery and our first visit to Furbusters. It was very easy to schedule the appointment and they went out of their way to soothe any concerns I had about his first grooming after his surgery. They did a great job with his grooming and we will definitely be back!

For the grooming I would give 5 stars, however for customer service, I gave 3 stars. I have been taking my furbaby to Furbusters for a couple years and they are great with her. However, after arriving late for an appointment (15-20 minutes) to drop her off. I was charged a $20 late fee. I fully understand the importance of appointment times, but as a business owner myself, I also understand the importance of customer service and going the extra miles. I haven't taken her back in 7 months, so was the $20 late fee worth it? As a business owner and consumer, I don't think so. We all have busy lives and showing grace, even in business, is needed for everyone.
