The grooming staff handled our mini golden doodle with such love and care. We were worried going to a big store with her for her first grooming appt since we adopted her. They were very gentle and got her looking cuter than ever. They were timely and worked us into the schedule within a day. Emma did her trim and had great customer service! She kept our fur baby fluffy but still tidy and freshened up.

We boarded our dogs here while on vacation and had a very disappointing experience. We were told we would receive pictures during playtime everyday when booking, but despite calling four different times each day and being assured pictures were coming, not a single one was ever sent. I was also the one who had to call to find out that my dog Cali had not eaten and had not used the restroom once in over 24 hours—something that should have been communicated proactively. When we picked them up, the manager on duty offered excuses but never apologized once for the lack of communication or the stress it caused us. For a nearly $600 bill, we expected at least the basic level of updates and care we were promised. We will never board our dogs here again, and I strongly encourage other pet owners

I used to shop for my dog, cats and bearded dragon. They all passed away in the last few years but I went in to see the cats for adoption today. They need volunteers and foster homes!!
