I had a very disappointing experience at this store. One of the staff members was extremely rude and came across as discriminatory toward me. I am a regular customer and have consistently supported this business, so this interaction was very upsetting. I arrived at the store approximately two minutes before closing and was refused entry. The staff member repeatedly stated that there were “too many people,” even though the store had not yet closed. The way the situation was handled felt dismissive and disrespectful. For identification purposes, the employee was a short, pale male staff member with colored nails who appeared to be working near the entrance at the time. I’d give less if I could. Staff was nice, though they are pretty clueless about the animals. Long story short I am nursing back to health a bearded dragon that was diagnosed with coccidia. I took him/her to the vet right when I got her/him with a stool sample, which came back a week later with a positive diagnosis. All of the animals there are sick and look miserable. If you end up with a sick animal either give it to a rescue that can save it or you save it. Don’t bring it back there. This place is a one way trip to death for these poor animals. Also, crickets and other live feed have parasites as well. If you recently purchased a bearded dragon get it tested asap.

I’m only giving one star when they really deserve zero. But management was very nice. But I took my dog for a grooming to this location due to the one near me being booked. His appointment was 9:30am. They had my dog until 12pm. Toye Wright, groomed my dog and had him looking crazy. I have had my dog for 8 years and NEVER has he been stressed, he was drooling excessively, nails were NOT cut, private area was NOT cut, legs weren’t trimmed and he had a mane that was NOT asked for. I told them to cut him down to a #5 which is a little longer than the #7 I usually do. I paid extra money for the new “luxury” service and have NOTHING to show for it, no pumpkin shampoo and no bandana. Management did refund my money, which I am really happy about, so my issue is not with them. What makes things

I'm another review that wishes to give a zero. Grooming so incredibly unremarkable. And staff couldn't be more rude and ugly - nasty dispositions.

This is the first place I went when I got my first puppy. Really went crazy and bought everything I could think of. They told me to create an account and track my points. I really love it here and i can always find everything for my doggies. But i love their great deals even more!
