Wish I could give this place a better rating just because I read the reviews before I took my 4 mo old puppy to her app. First, the place was packed and I did t get the attention I expected. Secondly Sarah was not friendly at all forgot her bandana and did not tell me of my little girl moved or what during her appointment but she had a small scratch on her belly near the leg. On top this was the first time she’s ever been to the groomers. About 4 was ago I had bathed her and use the blow dryer on her and she was fine. Did not bark at the dryer or try to escape it. This is why when the 2 hrs passed for me to pick her up she was still not ready and not Sarah but one of the other girls told me my puppy was not having it. I had a great experience at the Schaumburg Petsmart location the other day. The shelves were clean and pulled forward, easy to find what I needed very quickly. The staff especially Jennifer the cashier and Joe the other worker were lovely. I had trouble with an item being ringed in and they were super helpful throughout the process. These two were lovely and are phenomenal at their job. Thank you Petsmart Schaumburg for the good experience!

Great place to shop for pet needs. We came in to get a new water filter for our fish tank and when we got it home started putting it together and noticed that the quick insert lever was broken and wouldn't latch in place which seems what happened to our original one. So we returned the item and upgraded to a more expensive one and the transaction was handled by the manager which did make sure that points we used for the original purchase was applied to the new purchase which was appreciated! Highly recommend coming here for the service and recommendations on your pet needs.

I got a hamster today one of my friends named her bagel! She's a Syrian hamster and she's so cute and sweet. The workers were very nice and helpful. I'm also really glad they supply you with some bedding for the hamsters gunneia pigs and other animals in their carrier box so they are nice and cozy.
