Shortcake goes to Liz Tripp for grooming here. She is the best! I was in Colorado for 3 years and took her several places just to get her nails trimmed and nobody could do it! Liz has such a way with dogs and she helps them feel safe and comfortable. Plus, I don’t know how she gets her this clean! She doesn’t smell like dog for 2 weeks after she goes here. Definitely choose Liz as your groomer and you’ll be very pleased!

I waited almost three hours for them to call me, and I had to call myself to ask about my dog. Then, when I went to pick her up, it looked like they hadn't done anything to her; her eyes were dirty, and to top it all off, they sheared hair on her face badly. Nobody reads text or take accountability for having such a bad grooming 69 dollars for something I could’ve have done at home that why a took her here so they could give her more that just a bath if they actually did it. Because it looks like she wasn’t even got that

We love PetSuites in Schaumburg! Our dog, Dory, goes every week at least Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The staff is super sweet and friendly. Dory gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot - showing us that she loves her time there as well! Highly recommend!

We boarded our dogs for a couple of days while we were doing some home renovations. We decided to board them very last minute and the staff was quick to respond and get them in! We’ve boarded our dogs at another location before and they came back acting weird so we were slightly hesitant. After their visit to the Schaumburg site they came home completely normal (but very tired from playing!). Staff was super sweet when we picked them up. They said nice things about our pups and we got a couple pictures and their Pawgress reports. They took great care of our fur babies! We will definitely use their services in the future for our boarding needs!

PetSuites Schaumburg was amazing. They took good care of my dog. She received individual play as well as group play. They gave me one night free as a new customer. They sent me a pawgress report with pictures and even detailed her feedings and how much she ate. I called while I was away to ask for an additional night and day and they easily kept my dog for additional time. My dog was groomed while with them and was very clean and her nails were clipped. I would use PetSuites schaumburg again and highly recommend them for any pet parent that needs to board their pet. Thank you. Peggy Wiesneth
