The staff at this PetSmart are great! Debbie is amazing and very knowledgeable about many different kinds of animals. She was fun to talk to and you can tell she really cares about the animals and the customers. Finn was great as well! The customer service was so much better here than at other pet stores and the animals seem so much healthier and better cared for.

If your boss yells at you for not getting names and phone numbers for the rewards program he should not be a manager. Also, if I say I don't want to give you my phone number twice an appropriate response is not to tell me you are going to remember me next time because your manager is going to be mad at you. I should have waited the one day shipping for the same product at a cheaper price, I've never met a more pushy cashier for a free reward system I don't want.

This location is clean, smells better than other pet stores and usually fully stocked. They have a great selection of cats for adoption every time I come in I say hi to the cats and they are all really sweet so props to the rescue for helping so many cute cats find a home. I have maxed out my cat limit at home but I wish I could adopt every single one I see here.

I have brought my pups here for their grooming services for years. They’re always happy to see them and do such a nice job! Lately I’ve been taking my eski to the academy. He hates being there because he’s an anxious dog, but they treat him so well and have lots of patience! Two of my dogs are only eligible for the express service so I have to call to book them. I do wish the app had a way to book them!
