Male employee refused to sell us reptile terrarium because he thought that we didn't have much knowledge of keeping a reptile. Didn't want to deal with confronting him because I was with my kids. Got it somewhere else instead with better price and better customer service!

I have a bunch of wholesale accounts for my dog training supplies but when I'm caught off guard and out of inventory PetSmart always had what I need. Especially the basics like crates, muzzles, food and the occasional seasonal item like the dog pool! Also cat harnesses and leashes!

The cashier was extremely helpful and courteous..although some things were not priced. Which was the factor on why I handle off on the purchase of such items.

The store manager is a wonderful human. This store really cares about animals its great.

The last couple times i have come in here, staff is just entirely rude with no basic kindness. I drove 45 minutes to and from because Petsmart is the only place that has a specific fish. The lady asks if I need help in the most annoyed tone. She helps me and I didn't even want the other fish cause she just seemed so annoyed. Im asking how shes doing and trying to make small talk to lighten the mood, she says "fine cause im getting off" arent you a bundle of joy. Get my fish, its not what I want because female to male ratio on what I have. I would've loved to express this but her demeanor was just awful. The cashier tried to say my name, I nicely correct her cause she wasn't far off and then scoffs and says "oookay?" Okay ms basic Sheryl (idk if thats her name). Im looking at my fish cause
