Happy Tails Kennel

We are consistently impressed with the quality of care at Happy Tails! Been taking our dogs and cat here over the past 5 years. Their customer service via text is the best with a fast response and easy while I am busy with other life things. Baths are great on pick up day too with an extra fee. Do make sure you are up to date on vaccines and handle your stuff before boarding. They hold me accountable and I respect their policy. The animals are familiar and noticeably more relaxed here. They listen to any special needs I have and greet our animals. They get time to play and be out of their nighttime areas with clean and friendly environments that feel home like. I have tried other places and drive farther for this kind of support.

Really unprofessional and unacceptable behavior by this place!!! We confirmed that we could board our dog and then last minute when we came to board the dog they said they can't accept because of cough virus going on and that they "tried" to let us know but they must have got my email wrong which is ridiculous because they arleady sent me an email for admission details. I was really counting on them as I have a flight tomorrow morning and now if I can't another place in a rush I'll have to postpone my flight. I'm definitely gonna complain with the better business bureau and i am considering small law suits for the change of plans and costs that I'll endure because of this unproffesinal approach.

We have been bringing our mutts to Happy Tails for close to 20 years. We are bringing a new puppy there right now to socialize him with other dogs. The owner, Dianne, and her staff love dogs ( and cats) and it shows in the care they take of their temporary wards. One of our dog used to get excited when we turned off Higuera onto Prado Rd, where HT is located. She LOVED visiting her friends, both canine and human!

My female 9yr old Beagle Mix is very shy and skeptical. Happy Tails took excellent care of her while I left on a trip for four days. On the day of pickup my all my fears were squashed. My girl was happy. She received a bath and nail trim. The rates were excellent and they served her the dietary food I provided. We are now scheduled for another four day stay and I have every confidence my little girl will be taken care of by the best!!!!! THANK YOU HAPPY TAILS!!!! Us pet parents need places like Happy Tails to keep us at ease while we travel.
