I took my cat in for the touch-up package—which included ear cleaning, a thorough brushing, and nail trimming—and the whole visit took just 15 minutes. It was only $30, which is an amazing value for the quality of service. The staff were incredibly kind and gentle with my cat, and she seemed relaxed and happy afterward. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quick, affordable, and caring pet grooming!

Big shout out to Terence P from the grooming department! I have a 4 month old golden doodle who got her 1st haircut today. Terence went above and beyond to give my puppy what I asked for. He was super friendly with her and gave her back to me looking EXACTLY as the google image I had shown him when I took my puppy in, he even had her in a blue bandana, just like the pic I showed him! Our friend was traveling overseas with his 38 lb dog. When we arrived at the airport, we were told that the crate he had didn’t meet the airline’s standards. We only had about an hour and a half before the flight was scheduled to take off. We rushed to Petco first, but they didn’t have any suitable crates. At that point, I started thinking he might miss his flight. As a last resort, I called PetSmart in Reston. I believe it was Josh who answered the phone—he immediately checked their inventory and confirmed that they had one available. We drove there right away, and Josh went above and beyond to help us get the crate quickly since we were short on time. 20250215 Stopped here for some fish. The employee at the register was helpful and got me the assistance I needed to get some fishm the manager who helped me was very nice and helpful. 2 years ago...The employees here are very helpful. Stacey showed me some hamsters at 50% off because they have been there 4 months. They were pretty big considering I am used to Roborovskis which are very tiny. Stacey was very patient and nice, and she ended helping me with my pickup online order. I don't shop at petsmart much, and it's amazing how covid has impacted even pet stores. Looks like the winning businesses are those that contribute to political campaigns 🙄
