Just Cats Clinic

This will be the first and last review that I am writing for Just Cats Clinic, as my baby girl Kaia crossed the rainbow bridge unexpectedly yesterday during a routine dental procedure and never woke up... We've been bringing Kaia to the clinic since we moved to the area in 2021 and they have taken such good care of her. All of the staff and doctors are always so kind and patient with her. They always told me how much of a superstar and sweetheart she is at the vet since she rarely complains. All the doctors and techs would always explain everything to me in the kindest way possible. Thank you for taking care of my baby girl for the past 4 years. Thank you for letting us have a moment with her before you took her body away, and for making sure that she's not alone afterwards. My heart aches

I recently came on Thanksgiving for an emergency visit. Sadly, the problem was out of anyone's control, and I made the heartbreaking decision to put my cat, Dice, to sleep a week later. But that decision didn't come until after many tests and thorough explanations about my options and the reality of the situation. Throughout the process, the doctors and staff all showed a sincere level of care and compassion to Dice, his brother Domino and me. They even sent me a nice card in the mail afterwards to offer their condolences after his passing. The kindness and professionalism was definitely felt and appreciated by me. Even though we ultimately had to say goodbye, we're grateful for everything they did to help Dice and for supporting us through it. Domino and I will miss him dearly forever.

Just Cats Clinic was a wonderful place for my cat. The team clearly understood feline behavior and did a great job helping him feel safe and calm. I took him there during COVID, and they used video visits to explain everything clearly while maintaining social distancing, which I really appreciated. The vets and techs were gentle, respectful of my cat’s boundaries, and took the time to walk me through test results and treatment options. I highly recommend Just Cats Clinic to anyone looking for thoughtful, cat-centered care.

My cat needed urgent help on New Years Eve. Not only did they see him that afternoon, they stayed with him at the clinic overnight and operated on him on New Years Day and saved his life. They also were so gentle with him they easily performed an ultrasound on him while awake whereas other vets said he would have to be put under before they would do an ultrasound. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Just Cats Clinic. From routine checkups to the most difficult moments of pet ownership, they have been truly exceptional. Their staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and gentle during regular visits. They always take the time to make sure my cat is comfortable, and they explain everything clearly, never rushing through an appointment. It’s obvious they genuinely care about feline health and well-being. But what really stood out to me was how compassionate and supportive they were when it came time to say goodbye to my beloved cat. It was one of the hardest experiences of my life, but the team at Just Cats treated both me and my cat with such empathy, patience, and respect.
