Banfield Pet Hospital

KILLED MY CAT, died after horrific pain due to their service. Do not expect appropriate emergency services, even if you get their annual plan. Do not expect vets that have any regard for the lives of the pets. My cat was limp very sick due to some sort of toxin and they refused to honor emergency services for the cat - would not even let me have an appointment that day or the next - even though I had their plan. The cat suffered immeasurably and eventually had to be put down. This business needs to close down for the safety of everyones pets.

This was our first visit to Reston Banfield hospital with 3 cats. Dr. Frake and her assistant Jackie (sorry if misspelled) were wonderful. Very professional, explained everything, answered all the questions. Thank you very much for the service!

I don’t like how I originally scheduled an appointment in the app with a certain doctor only to check my pups visit summary and see a different doctors name there. Yes the front desk told me initially at drop off that the doctor was performing a surgery and my pups probably won’t be see until later on and if it was a problem they could have the other vet see my puppy. I specifically told them no I would like to keep it at the doctor I originally booked. Only for them to go behind my back and give him to the doctor I said not to give him to. Won’t be back. Shady. What was the point in asking me the if you were still going to be weird and swap his doctor

My beloved pet passed away and I didn't know what to do. So I called Banfield pet hospital and they walked me through everything I needed to do. They were so kind and thoughtful. The staff made a difficult situation so much easier. I really appreciate all they did for me.

Charges 90 dollars for an exam where I get a flu shot for my dog and they say I have to get another booster flu shot in a few weeks as it’s a 2 part shot. They want another 90 dollars now to do the second part of the shot. To do a single freaking shot. They absolutely do not care about animals every experience on here is true do not come here. So many vets in the area that would never scam people like that. They deserve 0 stars.
