We went to this store on 1/19/2026 and I have to say the state of the fish tanks and betta cups was absolutely appalling. Algae was on every plant (fake plants) in the tanks and on the bottom of the betta cups. I'm talking a THICK layer of algae. Massive thick chunks of algae were flaking off in the size of the fish. A clear sign that things aren't being scrubbed down properly. No living thing should have to live in such conditions.
I am extremely unhappy with the grooming service provided to my father’s dog, a Yorkie. Before the grooming started, we clearly showed a photo of how we wanted the haircut to look. Despite this, they completely ignored the instructions and shaved off almost all of his hair, leaving him looking nothing like what was requested. To make matters worse, when my father expressed his concern, the supervisor responded with sarcasm, saying that they couldn’t put the hair back on the dog but that they would not charge for the service. That was not the point at all. This was never about the money it was about the fact that they did not do their job properly and failed to follow clear instructions. I brought my dog in last Thursday for a routine bath and brush. He was groomed by Joshua A. During the appointment, I received a call saying my dog was being “difficult” and was very afraid of the dryer. This was surprising to hear, as this is the first time I’ve ever been told my dog was fearful or difficult at a groomer. When he came home, he was acting a little off, but nothing immediately obvious. Over the next couple of days, I noticed he seemed to be in pain. Today, I took him to the vet and was told he has a tail sprain and back pain. I also learned that his anal glands were not expressed, which is something I typically expect as part of a grooming visit. They really thought they were slick tryna delete my review of my dog Shiloh from a few years ago lol. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice? They gave TERRIBLE service and tried to deny cutting her Great Pyrenees fur, which in the beginning when I first brought her, they didn't do. You would think they'd be consistent. Nope. Someone didn't get the memo at the time because her fur hasn't been the same since I left there. She is double coated. NOTE: You don't Cut or shave the fur. Especially, when all I ever booked was a bath and brush each time. Lisa denied it and Vanessa was the last one who groomed her (not sure if either of them still work there). Please avoid getting groomed here, especially if your pet is double coated.
I’ve been going to this grooming for 11 years and sad to say as much as I liked our groomer Jen A. I will not be scheduling anymore appointments with them as they’re starting to get on my nerves. lol. I’m actually getting really tired of them. They cannot keep steady management every year I come in there’s always someone new. They’ve cancelled my appointment multiple times already due to over booking but I’m using their booking on their website, so I’m not sure how it overrides it if it’s no availability. They always claim they call to cancel before they actually cancel it. They don’t. I’m on my phone the whole day, there’s no missed calls on my call log so I’m not sure who they’re calling.
