I have been taking my dog to Spring Glen Vet well over 20 years. I own large breed dogs German Shepard, Bullmastiff and currently another Bullmastiff. They have provide excellent care over the lifetime of my dogs. When I had to make the difficult decision to humanly transition my first two dogs. They were compassionate and caring. We love Spring Glen! The vets here are incredibly thorough, and have given our senior dog the best care. After each visit we’ve received a detailed email explaining lab results, recommendations moving forward, as well as pricing. They are also so sweet to us and our dog, Jango. I have been a client of Spring Glen since 2018. They’re a tad out of the way for me but they had the best reviews when I was looking for a clinic for my newly adopted cats back then . Since then, they have been outstanding. They have gone through some vet changes throughout the years I have been here but all of the vets they have been brought in have been stellar. The front desk staff are super kind and really responsive to the phone and emails. Earlier in my time there, I’d be able to swing a same day or next day appointment in an emergency but they’ve gotten more busy in the years so that hasn’t been as fruitful but they are great with following up if there ends up being a cancellation or recommending emergency vets depending on the situation. Spring Glen has provided years of quality care for our furry family members. The technical vetrinary competence is outstanding and their personal care for the well-being of our cats and dog has been top class. I also have to give full credit to the attentive and responsive administrators who manage schedules and logistics. They have repeatedly gotten our pets on the calendar without hassle. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love my fur baby, but she's not the friendliest kitty out there. Their staff are patient with her and give her rest breaks when she's had enough and don't just run through a checklist as fast as they can until the claws come out. They're respectful which I greatly appreciate. I can definitely recommend the practice.
