The Team at Renton West is AMAZING! Everything from the front desk to the vet tech to the doctor. Hands down professional and compassionate. My dog got Kennel Cough and I thought he was dying. It’s hard for me to deal with health stuff like that with my pets (Good Times Only Guy). They were so nice and helped me with some antibiotics for him. It was a major deal too because they had to sanitize and clean everything my dog even came close too. It’s a lot of work! My dog was very scared and shy. Dr Bagget knew how to calm him, get a full exam and come up with options for treatment. I really appreciate all their hard work. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

We love Renton West Vet! I've been taking my dog Maggie there since she was a puppy and we've always had a positive experience. The staff is wonderful and they truly care about the well being of the animals they see. And Maggie absolutely loves going there, what more could I ask for! Thanks for taking such good care of my girl. ❤️

I appreciated the time the doctor spent with us. He did a great job explaining everything he was doing. We had three pets with us and we never felt hurried. Parking is great a real bonus.

We took our kitten here for the first time when a friend recommended us to come here a year ago. We are so glad we did! The staff are so nice and welcoming to us whenever we come in. The nurses are also very kind and gentle to our little Mochi. The doctors are also kind and answered all the questions we had as first time pet owners. When we ask for a break down of our bill, they explain everything so it's easy to understand. I love how fast the communication via phone and email is and if we have questions over the phone and might need to go in, you can tell they care.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals. Dr. Baggett was everything you’d hope for in a vet: kind, patient, incredibly thorough, and genuinely invested in my dog’s well-being. For the first time in ages, my girl is finally comfortable and showing signs of her old self again. We finally feel like we’re on the right path, and I’m excited to continue her care here.
