I can't say enough good things about Pacific Heights. Our 13-year-old cat was diagnosed with several kidney/urinary issues in late November, and Dr. Rudolph has been the absolute best in treating her. She's super patient, informative, and kind above all. As much as we don't love having to go to the vet frequently, Dr. Rudolph and her entire staff make it so pleasant and non-scary every time. "Thank you" really doesn't begin to cover our gratitude to this team.

We had a great visit! The vet, Dr. Lozano, the techs, and the front desk staff were all friendly, professional, helpful, and clear. The facilities were clean, and most importantly, Martey came back from getting bloodwork happy as a clam. They were upfront about cost before any tests or vaccinations, so there were no surprises. Test results and comprehensive guidance were offered shortly after the visit via email. We'll gladly continue Martey's care here and will confidently recommend the practice.

This is an extremely late review but better late than never! Dr Rudolf and team are wonderful! She removed an eye mass from our pups eye when our regular vet wasn’t comfortable to do it . He recovered seamlessly and quick! Thanks Dr Rudolf and team for easing my stress! -Brutus and family:)

Had a wonderful visit with Dr. Corey! She was extremely professional and patient with us. Dr. Corey did an amazing job with our dog no other vet has done before. Thank you Pacific Heights!!!

I have been taking Odin here for at least 2 years. They are always kind and quick. When Odin had to be taken to the Emergency vet we called them to ask for Advice and they were so helpful, since they don’t do overnight services. Last year shortly before my wedding Odi wasn’t feeling well and had a growth on his back we sent a picture and they recommended we come in right away to make sure it wasn’t cancerous, they got us in the very next day, we got him on antibiotics and they tested the growth and no Cancer 🙏 He was back to him self to be our ring bearer at our wedding a few days later and the growth healed in about 2 weeks it was a bug bite that got infected. We moved to Kent last month but will continue brining Odi to Pacific heights ❤️
