Ok, here’s my little rant about being frustrated with Pet Smart today!! First of all my dogs name is not Sailor and Flynn is no where close to the name Sailor. Second, he’s been getting his nails cut there for roughly 5 years now. All of a sudden you can’t handle his stress and red eyes that always go away when he’s done. Some dogs just don’t like getting their nails cut what can I say… Yes, he gets anxious, dramatic and stressed every time he gets his nails cut even though he is 6 years old. Sorry, but Flynn has never ever liked getting his nails cut! He is not aggressive, he just gets really anxious and stressed. This is also my second time going there this week I went Monday with him but the grooming was closed so I brought him back this morning just to hear that they can’t cut his nail
Pet Smart is great. Employees are so helpful and friendly. Rewards are appreciated. Cat food and dog food costs the same at Walmart but you get rewards at Pet Smart. We love it!
My son brought our cat in to get groomed today and he was sent right back out. The groomer told him our cat had fleas. As soon as he called I knew it wasn’t true. I have 3 cats all together. They are indoor cats and have never been outdoors. None of them scratch and we have not seen or gotten any flea bites (two of the cats sleep with my husband and I every night). I quickly made an appt at another local groomer and not a flea was found. The groomer at pet smart just did not want to do her job. If I had been there I would have had her show me the fleas that she supposedly saw but my son just took what she said and left. Definitely do not recommend and little annoyed that my son drove 45 minutes to get just to get turned away. Got much better treatment at local small business groomer! I wil
Veronica, Amaya, and Jesse are wonderful - so friendly and welcoming. Fantastic customer service. Jesse even carried my cat tower out of the store and put it in the back of my truck!!!
Great store, staff inside groomers are awesome, we have our cat and our 1 year old pittie groomed by them.
